The Luxury Room Colonna 4 in Zadar is a true boutique place with an excellent location close to the historic center and the town's bustling area. the rooms are clean and immaculate, equipped with an individual safe, climate control, and a mini-bar. the bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom is amazing. It was a wonderful experience staying there.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Being able to step out of the hotel and be surrounded by the beautiful streets of this magical place was truly amazing. The building itself was so charming and the modern updates inside made it even more special. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with generous snacks and refreshments upon our arrival. We also appreciated the great communication from Dario, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. the building is a perfect mix of traditional architecture and modern design. Rooms are nicely finished, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a delicious snack and bottled water upon arrival. the hotel also provides free, private, and secure parking.

The surrounding area gets quite noisy at night, which could disturb light sleepers.

The location of the hotel was excellent - situated right in the heart of the bustling town center. We loved the fact that everything was just a short walk away, including the restaurants and bars. the hotel provided us with a couple of free bottles of water and a generous snack to welcome us, which we felt was a nice touch. The room's amenities and finishes were marvelous, and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Despite the great location, the hotel had its fair share of negative aspects. The nights became quite noisy from nearby nightclubs, and the loud church bells woke us up a little too early from our slumber.

The central location of the hotel was unbeatable! It was so easy to get around as everything was within walking distance. the owners were very friendly and hospitable, providing us with complimentary water and snacks upon arrival. the room itself was beautifully decorated with modern finishes and was very comfortable to stay in.

The noise from the nearby clubs at night was quite loud, which disrupted our sleep a bit. the church bells were also quite loud in the morning, starting at around 6AM.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for us - right in the heart of the old town and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel facilities were excellent - our room was beautiful, clean and well-finished. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing us with snacks and water on arrival. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.
